HTMLEmail_Tickets Template php

    Hi there
    We keep amending the php template in the advanced setting tab and it shows the latest one selected… but it seems to send out the default message with no amendments. I have tried and it is up to version Tickets-5.php template and it still shows the original (Tickets.php).

    Any help would be appreciated.
