http 500 nginx phpfpm error

greetings,

whenever i click the empty only the disk cache, i’ve got a HTTP error 500

i put 256MB on php.ini

here’s the other setting

php-fpm.conf
/etc/nginx/sites-available/default
nginx.conf
/etc/php5/fpm/pool.d/www.conf

then, what i miss? and how to solve it?
is there anything else which i have to do on php.ini settings?
