Hello. I just installed Pirate Forms, got it all set up.

But when I go to test it, I fill out the fields on the form and then hit the “Submit” button (or whatever other name I gave it when setting up the plugin) and I get an error like the following:

    *****************
    The sandbox.URLMASKED.com page isn’t working

sandbox.URLMASKED.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    ******************

I’ve tested it in both the Chrome and the Edge browsers – same thing happens in both browsers.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide! Have a great day!

  • Hey there,

You’re probably running an outdated PHP version, please check it. Also, HTTP errors are server-side so you’re better off contacting your hosting company’s support team. Hope you understand 🙂
