    Hi,

Do you know any reason why a “HTTP Basic: Access denied” error might occur when adding products to the cart? The live checkout does not work either. I am testing a sendle integration.

    Hi @tomatotomato ,

Could you please share your Sendle settings? It’s possible that your API credentials are incorrect.

    Thanks,
    Repon

    Hi @tomatotomato

Have you properly set up all data in shipping settings? Check this screenshot please https://prnt.sc/8QkEWAs2Spka

You can also test API here https://developers.sendle.com/reference/getproducts

    Thanks,

    Hi Repon,

I tested adding our address in both Australia and ROW shipping zones but had the same errors.

I was able to test the API using similar query parameters and got a 200 response code. I had to change some dimensions as Sendle has a 100L limit.

Australia Post calculates at checkout. I don’t think we’ll actually use Sendle so I’ll probably just need to test DFE at this point.
