I follow the instructions that were written in Plugin Configuration
But I’m faced with a problem that is shown in the picture

It appears there is a problem connecting to Google’s servers from your webhost.
Please could you ask your hosting company if they can help you find out if “PHP CURL is set up to connect via SSL”?
Let us know if they can’t help fix it and we’ll see if there is a way to find out more about your installation, but from the information you have given it is likely to be a problem with the configuration of your host.
