HTTP error

Hi,

I had been successfully uploading 700 x 500 pixel images to my site and then suddenly every time I try to upload an image I get an upload error saying “HTTP error”. If I use the browser uploader I also get an error which says: Internal Server Error, which gives a detail of: Apache Server at ashleyphalsey.com Port 80. I have no idea what that means or any clue how to go about fixing this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
