• I am using GoDaddy and the Pro version was working fine with the license activation then all of the sudden when I tried to load a pro template it asked for the license which was already activated.

Tried to deactivate, install then install, reactivate, reapply license and receive the http error 403.

I disabled all plugins and changed themes even tried it on a different site but nothing is working.

I have reached out to their support but I can already tell 1 day long durations to receive a reply back asking the same information as the previous reply this case wont be resolved anytime soon. Hosting provider said nothing changed and nothing is blocking the plugin.

I see others had the issue but no answer was posted.

It appears to be a bug.

  • I have the same problem. I just installed WP, installed Elementor then updated to Pro. When I tried to activate with the key I get error 403.

Not saying this is the source of this particular problem but only 40M for memory is sure to bring problems. I’d suggest at least 512M.
