Http Error 500

    Hello, I just installed plugin and when I try to access files on my hosting server I get this error message…
    Invalid backend response.
    Error occurred on the server side.
    HTTP error 500

    I contacted my service provider but they cant find any issues at their end to cause this error. Any ideas?
