Since the last update I have a site which is giving HTTP Error 500 alerts for every page on the site – the pages all load fine, the error comes in a popup.

My host identified Meow Lightbox as the culprit, with this in the error log:

[02-Dec-2025 17:09:55 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: implode(): Argument #2 ($array) must be of type ?array, string given in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/meow-lightbox/classes/core.php:447

We’ve rolled it back to the previous version for now and the error is gone, this is just to let you know. My host also suggests I ask for confirmation that this is compatible with PHP 8.3?

    Hey @jaiji! 👋

This was an issue with getting the proper keywords as metadata for the media, this should have been fixed if you are using the latest version of the plugin 5.4.5 now. Everything should work as well with PHP 8.3 and WordPress 6.9.

The next release should also come soon to take care of other issues you might encounter. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, thanks for your patience and understanding! 🙇
