HTTP ERROR 500

    Hello,

    Whenever I try to organize the statistics for All Time it gives me an HTTP Error 500.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi there,
    The issue is probably that you are trying to load too many posts at once, more than your server can handle. If it works with a more narrow time range, such as This month, that’s very likely to be the reason.

    I just got this HTTP ERROR 500 message. I was on my Word Press site this morning and everything was fine. I updated a Database backup plugin and went away. A couple hours later I tried to access my blog (www.SusanVogt.net/blog) and I get this message. I cleared my cache history and still no luck. What can I do?

    Hi there,
    are you able to load the stats page with a narrow time range, such as This week? You can set the default time range in the Miscellanea box in the settings page. 🙂
