• Hi,

I added a small piece of code to the functions.php file of my child theme and then all of a sudden my website went down and I’m also unable to log-in to it with /wp-admin. I get an HHTP error 500 everytime I try to go to /wp-admin.

How can I fix this ?

    Thank you

    Undo the change(s) you made.

Download functions.php via FTP or through your hosting control panel, remove the changes, and upload the file replacing the bad one.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER (ever? ever!) use appearance->editor to edit PHP files because … well you now know why.
