    Trying to import an excel CSV file to Ultimate FAQs but i get a HTTP ERROR 500 when i press the import button. Does anyone know the solution? Using the 7 day free trial version currently.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We’ve seen that a few times before and it’s normally caused by a conflict with another plugin or something at the hosting level (permissions, etc.).

    Could you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that makes a difference and, if it does, re-activate them one by one and let us know which one is causing the conflict?
