Does that mean that you tried to disable the cache plugin but couldn’t or that you disabled the cache plugin, carried out a test but did not help with the issue.

Hello,
do you have any news please?
This is not an issue in our plugin. This is an external issue that is blocking the access to wp-admin ajax query. You will need to identify which security or firewall configuration on your server is causing this. Or another plugin could be causing this. It’s not something we can address from our plugin’s end unfortunately.
Hi,
i have the same error message with a Stripe button.
I also tried to disable all other plugins but still the same error message.
Is there any workaround?
thanks!
