HTTP Error on Image Upload | ww.wp.xz.cn

I have the plugin installed and am attempting to work with it; however when I try to upload images I get “HTTP Error”. This is only occuring with the plugin uploader, and not the WordPress media uploader. Here’s a screenshot:

I’m also getting 404’s on gallery permalinks. Any ideas on this?

Actually, once I resaved the permalinks the gallery shows at its URL, but there are no thumbnail images. Its just a bunch of text all smashed together.

Check file permission for upload folder
