http error on upload pdf-file

I’ve desperatly tried uploading my pdf into the mediafolder but keep getting this http error. I’ve resized the file, deactivated all plugins, Changed themes, used different uploading methode and now i’ve uploaded the file to the ftp server of my website and stil it does not appear in the Mediafolder.
Please help! I want my readers to be able to download it from my page.
