HTTP Error when uploading files to Media | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hi there – since doing this Wordfence Firewall thing recently – saving an htaccess file etc and going through that process – now I get errors when I try to upload an image file.

I’ve even tried disabling wordfence and using the older htaccess file – I still get errors:

This is a big hassle. Can anyone help please?

Found out this was related to the WordPress 4.5 update and the Inmotion Server.

Found that when I add this code:

SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1

to the top of my htaccess file it resolved. Only took 6 hours to find this out.

The post also shows code that you can add to a functions file which also helps fix the error.

To be clear – it’s not a Wordfence issue but a WordPress / Hosting issue.
