Hi there,
Well, since you have mostly the same environment, I dare say it’s a theme issue.
Please try the standard troubleshooting steps of deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the twentyseventeen theme to test. Then if it works, reactivate one by one to find the culprit.
You may find there is some difference in the hosting account setup if they have separate cPanels even on the same server too… but Im leaning toward a theme issue.
Hi Benbodhi,
Thanks for your quick response! I tried using the twentyseventeen theme, and I uninstalled all plugins, but nothing helped. Then I tried another SVG plugin, and I got the same error. So I guess the problem is in the hosting as you suggest. Not sure what to do about that, but just to let you know 😉

I actually noticed now that on upload there is an error:
POST http://whytowork.com/wordpress/wp-admin/async-upload.php 403 (Forbidden)
So it seems that is the problem. No idea how to fix it yet, but just to let you now.
Have a look at this old thread, it may help you:

I will mark as resolved since it isn’t actually an issue with my plugin, but please do keep this thread updated once you find a solution or if I can help any further.
