HTTP Error while uploading pictures in 2.9.2

    Using 2.9.2 and 1and1 as my host. I added this recently (2 months ago) to my .htaccess file:

    AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php
    AddType x-mapp-php5 .php

    That seemed to fixed other issues but recently I started having issues with an HTTP error while loading pictures.

    Any advice on how I can get around this problem? I seem to be stuck researching it online.
