    Hi John,

    Hope you’re doing well. A simply query I believe. I’ve checked the guide and FAQs here and I’m afraid I can’t see anything that helps.

    I’m applying the following headers in the backend (screenshot):

    This was done late last week. I’d have expected no caching issues at this point. I’ve also manually cleared caches in the backend. The snippets aren’t visible in the console or page source.

    The scanning of the site still shows they aren’t updated (screenshot):

    Is there anything I’m missing in terms of the application of these headers to live? Or is something blocking them? In such case, would there be a way to tell that?

    Caches are always the prime suspect, and you may have more than one. Have a look at what other plugins you might be running and maybe try disabling some to see if anything changes (it’s the only way to know if something is blocking your headers). I see you are also on WordPress.com so they may have some tips specifically for that platform.
