HTTP POST files into WordPress

I have an odd use case and am hoping for a plugin already built that could handle this.

I need to be able to post files or send them from an application directly into the Media table of a WordPress instance. Basically uploading 5 files at a time. The potentially difficult part is I need to be able to have thousands of instances of our software be able to post these files when they submit bug reports.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
