I tried updating a table — both manual updates and be reimporting the table to replace what I had — and got the same message both times. Not sure what it means or how to make sure I can update my table. The error message:

Attention: Unfortunately, an error occurred. There was a problem with the server, HTTP response code 402 ().

What’s the best way forward with this? Googling turned up basically nothing.

I also will get this error when I try to import:

table_import_phpspreadsheet_failed [Exception: Invalid cell coordinate AAAA1]

    Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

Let’s look at the HTTP error first: For this, please see https://tablepress.org/faq/common-errors/ This is an error that is raised by the server and not by TablePress, so that I can only recommend that you contact the server admin or your webhost’s support team about this. They will then need to find the root cause of the HTTP 402 error, from their server logs.

As fo the import error: Is this when importing an Excel file? Somehow that file seems to be having a “AAAA1” cell, which would be very odd. Can you maybe send me that file via email (via the yellow button in the bottom part of https://tablepress.org/pricing/)?

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
