http to https – Which is the best option

Hi,

I am moving my domain from http to https. Which is the correct and best option in the Search & Replace plugin

Do I use the option

a) “Replace A Domain URL” and put in the new https url etc. Will this change all links to https (links, posts, pages, tags, categories, images etc

or

b) Use the “Search & Replace” tab which then will make changes in the
database. Also if using this option, do I need to select all the tables or just the table for posts and postmeta
