    Hello Danny,

I am testing this plugin on 3 WordPress installations. One is live (http://carrinas.com/test-facebook) and the other two are on my local dev machine (running wamp).

It works fine on the first installation but the other two do not work.

I made sure that the settings are exactly the same on all websites (in fact I copy-pasted them from the first website to the other two).

When I click the ‘Test Configuration’ button on the first website it works with the following message: “Your configuration seems to be okay and working! Nice work.”

When I try the same on the other two I receive the following error message: “There are no HTTP transports available which can complete the requested request”

I even tried creating a new app on Facebook and configured another FB page but I still get the same exception.

    Thank you,
    Elie

I found the solution and I documenting it here for the next person who encounters this issue:

It seems that the “php_curl” extension wasn’t activated on my local installtion of the WAMP.
I am not sure exactly what this extension is doing but I think that it is somehow involved with SSL connections.

So my solution was just to activate the php_curl extension and everything started working properly.

    Hi Elie,

Glad you figured it out! The plugin uses default WordPress HTTP transport methods so having this fixed is beneficial to various other plugins, WP updates, etc. 🙂

    Hope you like the plugin!
