We did a migration of our site to a new hosting. The new hosting made the migration with database backup and so everything was exactly as in the previous. However Updraft is not working and im getting the error

“ERROR: Have not yet obtained an access token from Google (has the user authorised?) (cURL error 7: ) (http_request_failed)”

I did reathentication but it didnt work, I tried creating a new project in the google api but I was not able to find a new URL in the “Authorized redirect URIs” field. either I was able to change the credentials in the “working” updraft installation.

I tried uninstalling Updraft and reinstalling again to make a fresh installation but somehow all the settings are saved and is not a fresh installation.

    How can I fix this?

    thank you!

    Hi,

cURL error 7 is a ‘failed to connect’ error. The error indicates that the network that UpdraftPlus is attempting to connect to is unreachable.

Can you please try to check with your host/server admin if there are any firewalls blocking the connection?

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
