Hi, I was testing locally, and got in the error log an http://ip.appspot.com/ 503 HTTP Error.
I checked the web and shows an out of quota, does this notice doesn’t allow GeoIP to fetch the IP?

Yes I have seen this as well and will remove this URL in the next version. It’s not urgent though because he is using other URLs as fallback.
