I have same issue. Pictures used to show, then few weeks back some of them disappeared, error 400 when you open i0.wp.com link of an image, images that are stored on my server are all fine and working, but using tile gallery jetpack forces images to be moved to their server, and it used to be that only some images werent shown, then after a week, the ones that weren’t shown were all of a sudden visible and the other ones were invisible. How can this be? now every picture I upload to the tile gallery instantly disappears, shows missing file. even on jetpack dashboard it shows missing file images uploaded. talked with my host service they said everything is good on their side, reinstalled, reconnected the plugin still same issue, i checked other plugins as well disabling them, but nothing works. Issue visible on different devices in different locations so it is not a local issue.

zilinskaite.lt website in Lithuania. Noticed in US via VPN photos are visible, but not here.
Hi Bruce @bruceallen,
the website: http://www.zilinskaite.lt
Have you had time to check it out, I have contacted host provider and they can not do much, as current plan should be more than sufficient for everything.
On previous support tickets I saw that other people had similar issues and realised it is jetpacks server in Europe and in US issue? as with a VPN visiting my website from US everything is visible, visiting from europe some pictures disappear, the links are 400 error. If there is no way to fix it, is it possible to make that the pictures would never go to jetpacks server and would always show from my domain and my server?
Let me know,
Thanks!
Hi @ammme –
To fix this issue, you can either:
a) Disable the Site Accelerator feature in Jetpack. This will load all images from your own server.
b) Work with your hosting provider to address the issue. Most often, this will involve having your hosting provider add Jetpack’s IPs to their allow list. Once they do that, you can turn on Site Accelerator again and see if the issue is fixed.
Let us know how you decide to proceed.
Hi there, @ammme,
Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
Hi there @erania-pinnera , @lastsplash
No the issue is not resolved, currently Site Accelerator feature is disabled, but that doesn’t make images shown on tile gallery stored on my own server, as right after i upload images these images appear for a second and then instantly go into “question mark” (error uploading image) which just shows that it goes to jetpack server automatically. https://zilinskaite.lt/index.php/color-2/ if you look at this page from europe then you won’t see majority of the images.
Also if this could be interference with my hosting provider company, why would some images be visible others wouldn’t?
Hello @ammme – I used the VPN service and tried to view the page from the Netherlands.
Currently, I see all the images are working properly. Could you please confirm if the issue still exists on your side?
