Is this about the site that you linked in the ticket title? I’m asking because it’s loading very fast on my end. I also ran GTMetrix and PageSpeed test on it and they both give a pretty good score and report it as fast.
However, the site is at wordpress.com which is a different thing than ww.wp.xz.cn. If it’s not hosted with their “Business” plan or “VIP” service, you can’t even install any 3rd-party plugins there so Hummingbird won’t help. We are also not able to support “wordpress.com” sites that way.
If it’s a plan that actually allows you to install your own plugins, did you already try to setup Hummmingbird and if yes – what have you tried?
