Hallo,
I have a question regarding the graphs in Matomo.
When I try to show graphs I always get the error: <

WP DB Error: [1044] Access denied for user ‘de14785’@’%’ to database ‘de14785’ SQL: CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE wp_matomo_logtmpsegment2ddaf77161dd7d3893fc3906906c32ae (idvisit BIGINT(10) UNSIGNED NOT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (idvisit))

is there any solution to this problem.

Hi @paulwosweb

it looks like your database user does not have the right to create temporary tables.
You must grant it this right.

you can do it from the mysql client

or you can do it from phpmyadmin
https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/privileges.html

or you can ask your hosting provider
