Same for me. Even for admin side everything slows down to a crawl and then pages stop redirecting properly.
Emre, the redirect seems to be working now? Perhaps it was a browser issue and I jumped the gun with my post? I’ll let you know if I experience any more weirdness. Thanks.
My website is roobla.com and my dev site is roobla.com/testing123.
I am having trouble being able to show you what is happening as my dev site just redirects to the main site when the plugin is enabled and the main site becomes unusuable when the plugin is enabled. Even with none of the options selected, so enabled selected only, the dev site still redirects.
As soon as I deactivate the plugin and reset the browser, all works fine again.
Any ideas what could be causing these issues?

Did you create a sub-folder which is testing123 ?
Yes, the dev site is in a sub-directory instead of a sub-domain.
is this multi-site setup? can you create a sub-domain please? I will fix the redirection problem later.
