Did you conduct a conflict test? Also, could you check if there’s any fatal error log related to Stripe in WooCommerce > Status > Logs? If you find any, could you please share it with us?

Also, do the orders have duplicate notes? If so, could you share a screenshot of the order notes?

I’ve checked our GitHub repo and found some reports that seem similar to your issue. I’m trying to check if this problem is related to these.
In the meantime, as a workaround, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Settings > Advanced settings and enable legacy checkout experience.

I haven’t tested for conficts as reverting to the legacy checkout fixed the issue.

There are no fatal errors asscoiated with Stripe.
