    Hello, I updated to the latest version and the widget did not appear, I had to go back to the previous version. Could you please check the latest version of your plugin? Thanks.

    Hi @tufanyazici ,

    We checked and found that you are using Litespeed cache which caused the problem.

    So, please clear your website cache, browser cache and server cache then check again.

    Hello Bruce, even though I disabled Litespeed, the widget still did not appear. I had to revert to the old version (2.6).

    Hi @tufanyazici

    After disabling Litespeed cache did you cleared all the cache and then try check in incognito browser tab?
