    I’m getting a fatal error from feed-them-functions.php on line 1384

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this issue is still active.

    Here’s the error message I get when accessing the page:

    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/katlak1/staging.timclue.com/wp-content/plugins/feed-them-social/includes/feed-them-functions.php on line 1386

    This comes up consistently using Chrome 42.0.2311.90 (64-bit), FIrefox v31.0, and Safari Version 8.0.4 (10600.4.10.7) on a Mac running OSX 10.10.2.

    I receive a similar error on an iPhone running Safari, which states that the error is occurring on line 1384.

    The shortcode in use is [fts facebook id=TimClueMotivationalSpeaker posts_displayed=page_only type=page]

    Chrome console error reads "Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id."

    The facebook page issueing the feed is https://www.facebook.com/TimClueMotivationalSpeaker

    Any idea what I’m missing here?

    Strange again I visited the site and it loaded fast and I see no errors. I looked on chrome, safari and firefox on mac, and iphone 6 on safari.

    Call your hosting and ask them to increase the max allowed load time to retrieve scripts. It could be happening at peak hours of the day when people are using the server the most. Very common issue for a site to slow down during peak hours especially if you are on a shared server.
