I hope you are doing good today.
We had a couple of reports about this in the past but we never had a chance to review this issue fully as each time members recreated integration and it start to work.
Could you follow the same steps and recreate the integration and let us know does that helps?
Also could you check what is the current PHP version and if it’s above 8.x, downgrade to 8.0 or 7.4 and check again?

Tried again and got the same message:
“Couldn’t complete the connection
An invalid redirect_uri was provided. Please contact the app developer.”
PHP Version : 7.4

I could replicate the issue once but as soon I attempted to connect again it worked, could you please try to connect one or two times and see if makes any difference? Also, try to add different words in “Identifier” just in case.
I found our developers are already looking at a similar case, we sent this thread as an extra report so we can update in case we find any information.

Sorry to hear it didn’t help much. We have already escalated this issue to our Forminator team’s attention to investigate further on what use cases this might occur.
Since this issue isn’t something we could always easily replicate its the taking more time to troubleshoot.
We’ll soon keep you posted once we get further feedback asap.

I had this same issue! It worked when I took the space out of my identifier.
