    Dear Developer,

First of all, thank you for providing this wonderful plugin and for your continued support.

I am reaching out to report an issue related to the HubSpot integration. When a form submission fails due to a blocked domain, Elementor Pro correctly prevents the form from being submitted or saved on the admin side/database. However, the information is still being sent to HubSpot despite the failed submission.

I have attempted the suggested solution involving priority adjustments from a related support ticket, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

Could you please advise how to prevent data from being sent to HubSpot when the form is invalid and not actually submitted? Ideally, HubSpot should only receive data if the form passes all validation checks and is successfully submitted.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Thanks @epas

Hubspot is not natively supported in the “Actions After Submission” area of an Elementor form out of the box.

Does Hubspot appear as an option in the Actions After Submit dropdown when you select Add Action?

    See: https://ibb.co/3yFG90PJ

My plugin will only prevent actions thare are listed in the official Actions After Submit dropdown. Any integration outside the Elementor Forms API I can’t prevent using this plugin.

Can you let me know which Hubspot plugin you are using please? I can take a quick look.

    Wil.

    Hello.

    I’m using this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/leadin/

It automatically tracks all the forms in the website and on submission sends information to hubspot.

    Thanks

Yup – as I suspected, the Hubspot plugin is doing it’s own thing and scraping the data from the Elementor form when the submit button is pressed, rather than test for validation.

I suggest you raise a support ticket on their plugin support tab and ask them to process the Elementor Form data only after it’s been run through validation.

Nothing I can do from my end unfortunately. 🙁

    Thanks,
    Wil.

    Hello,

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to investigate the HubSpot plugin issue.

I will proceed with submitting a support ticket to HubSpot regarding this matter.

In the meantime, I’m considering implementing custom front-end validation on our form. While I understand that this approach is less secure than server-side validation, it should help prevent invalid submissions before they reach HubSpot.

    Thanks again for your assistance.
