hueman addon update

    Hello,
    Simple question, simple answer. What if I remove the hueman addon with FTP.
    Will the changes I made in the theme options(a few years ago)be lost?
    I just discover that the (hueman) theme options are dissapeared so I have to install, download the addon again.
    I never used the addon, i did my changes with the theme options.
    In fact the same addon crashed my site when I tried to update one year ago.
    So I never used it.
    A normal update (addon) gives an error (file already exist)
    So back to the question.
    Will i lose my changes?.
