Hueman theme google pagespeed issue

Hello,
We are getting “avoid serving legacy script to modern browsers” error on google Pagespeed using hueman. When will you update the core dependacies on the outdated code so that your paying customers such as us can get a better pagespeed score? It is small but keeping us from reaching green status.
