Huge cache problem

After turning this plugin on, I cant change any settings (html) or even toggle it on/off.
YES, I did hard cache clear several times and changed browser. Still wont clear for logged out users. Have used many other maintenance mode plugins before and they all seem to cope ok without this cache issue.
