Huge error log. stdClass problem

Using v4.0.3. The way galleries and albums are user configured changed in v4 from v3. Going through my content on three sites to standardise on the new methods caused a huge number of log entries for PHP errors.

Multiple properties of stdClass were stated undefined which also seemed to cause secondary errors. Shown in …/DataStorage/Manager.php at lines 1039, 2449, 2469
and in …/Thumbnails/caption-view.php on lines in range 49 to 62

Separately, there have been errors on a variable to do with pricing except there is no pricing facility in the basic plugin.
