It seems to have been me clicking wrong because now when i did the Clear Cache all the transient vanisehd excempt for the users online right now.
Will they go away with an uninstall ?

Thank you for the feedback. AAM has internal caching mechanism that caches access settings to the frontend content in mentioned about transient options. This is done to speed-up website performance.
I’m assuming you have a lot of registered users on your website so this can be a reason why you have so many records in the database.
Can you please clarify few things:
– How many registered users your website has?
– Do you manage access to your frontend content with AAM?
– If you manage access to the frontend content, do you manage it for individual users?
Depending on your answers, I might be able to find work around to optimize AAM to your website needs.
