I have been trying to run a performance test for my website. Every time I run the test it completes but takes me back to the prompt to run test again. Please help!

Google is not able to run a PageSpeed scan on your site, that is why the report is not being generated. It might be due to an invalid SSL certificate.

I am running into the same issue, though we do have an SSL certificate for our site. I am able to run a Google Pagespeed score outside of this plugin so it is a bit strange.

Update: Issue resolved itself somehow…I think logging out and back into WordPress is what resolved it.

@kselby7 My problem was that we have an SSL Certificate but when I had my boss look into it, turns out we needed to update the certificate and reinstall it.
