Thanks for the quick response.

You are correct in the reference… I want to send an email to subscribers once they respond to a pop up requesting their information.

I added the plugin and verified outgoing emails are fine. I can receive messages from the WP website.

I re-tried sending the email using the standard {email} and a specific email address but I did not receive any emails by opening up the website and responding to the screen pop.

I have not received any email messages.

Is there some other setting I need to look at?
