Hi @charbycharge
I hope you’re well today!
Hustle shouldn’t be doing that “on its own” and things like that are usually caused by some additional 3rd-party (as in from theme or another plugin) JS scripts unexpectedly interacting with Hustle popup.
I’m not sure exactly about this case though: I noticed that this scroll is not only happening after clicking “x” to close slide-in but even when the slide-in is getting closed automatically – the site still scrolls down.
I think that there’s some other script hooking up to one of the “common” DOM events such as “resize” or similar that do happen when slide in “disappears” (regardless of whether it’s automatically or manually) but I must admit I had hard time trying to check it on the site because:
1. slide-in is set to be automatically hidden so that gives very little time to do any “manipulation”/”testing” using browser’s webdeveloper tools
2. and most of the assets (nearly all JS scripts) seem to be currently optimized with LiteSpeed – which makes it difficult to “recognize” scripts (or “associate” them with particular plugins/theme) without actually looking directly into them.
That being said, would it be possible to temporarily disable the option to automatically close the slide-in on site so we could test it a bit more?
Perhaps you have some staging/dev site online where the issue is also happening but you could possibly disable all JS/CSS optimization (and point us to that site)?
Kind regards,
Adam
