Sorry to hear you are running into an issue with Hustle. Can you share your URL so we can try and troubleshoot the issue? Also, are you using Custom Content or an Opt-in? If you are using a MailChimp Opt-in please try this.
– Create a new API key on MailChimp
– Add a new email to the list (even if you have others added)
– Entered new API in Hustle
– Reactivate the Hustle pop-up & widget

Did you already confirm the mailing list with MailChimp? When you sign up for a MailChimp newsletter, you must confirm the list with an approval link in an email sent by MailChimp before the list is activated.
For the overlapping icon, your theme is using an !important tag and altering Hustle’s built-in styles. Try adding this to the custom CSS field to override the conflict.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The “Something Went Wrong Please Try Again” message is a Mailchimp API issues it is being worked on and is marked high priority. I will post back here when the fix is released.
I too am having this issue. I have never been able to get hustle to work with the Mailchimp API, and it doesn’t work when I set the collect in a separate spreadsheet option.
Someone else several days a ago had an issue and I followed that thread and tried the resolution options provided (disengage Theme, set new theme, etc) but that did not work. Then tried to simply have hustle collect in an excel sheet but that doesn’t seem to work either.
I’d like to see if I can get at least one of these methods to work until the AIP issue is resolved.

The Mailchimp API has been upgraded. Please update and let us know if you encounter any further issues. We appreciate the feedback.
I am still facing the same issue after upgrading to the latest version, obviously the plugin has major issues with its API for mailchimp.
the error is the same although i tried different mailchimp account/API along with creating a new list/groups. The error is the same from both account.
It is able to check if the email is already there and give you message that this email is already subscribed. But if a new email try to subscribe the error appears again.
I went to mailchimp and and i saw the below errors
