Hello, we’re encountering an issue with the Hustle form plugin on our WordPress site. We’ve added a hidden field to capture the IP address of form submissions, but the recorded IP is consistently showing as ‘UNKNOWN’. Can you assist us in resolving this problem?

Hi @dextel,

Hope this message finds you well.

After performing a test on my site I was not able to replicate the issue, the IP is being recorded as expected.

Using the gear icon on the right of the pop-up, could you export it?

Then please share it using a cloud service, like Google Drive, pastebin.com, etc.

Hi @dextel,

Thanks for sharing the Pop-up. After testing it on 2 different test sites I couldn’t reproduce the issue.

In such a case, could you duplicate the pop-up and add a new hidden field using any other value, like the date?
