Hello,

I have hustle free plugin version installed with my production site, when someone submits the form, they see the error “Something went wrong, please try again.”

I have the exact same setting enabled with my testing site and everything works fine there.

Only have an issue with my production site that is https://go.repriseconversion.com/

The same free plugin with exact same setting works fine here with the testing URL:

Hi @chethanmelkar

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

If the staging website is a copy of your live site and works it could indicate anything is causing it on that specific installation, low memory, security modules.

Could you please enable the debug mode following this guide https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/ try to replicate the issue, but this time check the wp-content folder for any debug.log file?

Download it and upload on any service like Google drive to share on the ticket reply.
