Do you see any messages/warnings/notices on the blank page you mentioned ?
No error or messages. All of the Layout Blocks under the Layout section are gone.
I have another website doing the same thing. http://ace.polk-fl.net/ I updated the Gantry 5 plugin and the Layout Blocks are gone. WP-Debug is enabled and I have no error messages.

Ok, so let me precise some things – are you actually seeing a blank (empty, white) page instead of the Layout Manager or all of the sections are empty ?
Can you please check if you have Gantry Debug enabled in Theme Settings > Extras > Platform Settings ?
All sections are empty. I can send a screen grab if you need one. I turned the theme debug on for both websites.

Ok, I thought that the whole browser window was blank. Did you set up inheritance recently for sections ? Can you please read this issue and tell me if it sounds like your issue https://github.com/gantry/gantry5/issues/1435 ?
I just realized enabling the Debug in the theme settings fixed my problem. Thank you! Both websites are working now.
