Hyper Cache error 404 with normal permalink

Hi, i have a problem with Hyper Cache plugins
when this plugins is active the normal permalink
(Example: http://www.mysite.com/?p=123) not work
This generate more broken link

I use this permalink structure http://www.mysite.com/%category%/%postname%/
there are still many pages with normal permalink

This generates more than 500 broken links
