It’s possible that either the theme or the page builder is not running the page content thru the core WP the_content filter. If either is the case, ezTOC will not be compatible. I suspect it Elementor and the way it uses the filter. You may have to contact their support team.

I took a look at the page again and it seems to be working correctly now, likely to tweaks made in the 1.4 update.
