    Hello!

    Iam having multiple false positives at my shop (Just today more then 4 witch is very unusual and not good….could you please verify it has soon has possible.

    Also i have this message: Syncing data with the cloud. Usually, it takes a few seconds. it is always loading, i think it is not working properly….

    And above that this message: Jul 30 2025 23:04:00: Error occurred while checking account status. FAILED_TO_USE_FILE_GET_CONTENTS

    Hello.

    To fix false positives please enable the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ option in the Anti-Spam plugin settings. If you have a cache solution please after that clear the website cache.

    To fix the error and constantly loading sync please re-enter the access key and save settings.
