I cannot add back the default fields

    Hi,

    I just installed the free version of the plugin and the survey was very easy to set up. Thank you.

    This version come with 2 default fields – name and email. I removed them because I didn’t need them in my testing. I saw that I have the ADD button and I didn’t see any warning that I will lose the right for adding back the fields…

    Now my client want to collect the users addresses and I try to add back the default 2 fields. No luck, the plugin keep ask me to upgrade to the paid version. For what? I only want to have back the 2 default fields which come with the plugin, without loosing my survey.
